INCUBATION PROGRAM Incubating Health offers a 6-month training program where the entrepreneurial team is guided through an organized innovation process which includes the identification and validation of opportunities, the development of a concept and the implementation of an invention through IP and R&D strategies, and business and commercialization strategies and the right operational plan.
Our goal is that entrepreneurs may reach to an understanding of the rules of the innovation process in life sciences and especially in health care, the complex interactions between intellectual property, refunds, regulations and the different business models. This program’s goal is to guide the entrepreneurial team through the following aspects of the project:
- Identification and validation of an opportunity
- Establishing the minimum viable product
- Development of the concept: R&D strategy
- Intellectual property strategy
- Business model
- Regulation analysis
- Refund system
- Commercialization program
- Operational plan
STAGE 1 – Application.
Submission of projects through a web platform.
STAGE 2 – Selection.
All projects are evaluated by a Committee who chooses those which will participate in the pre-incubation process. .
STAGE 3 – Diagnosis and survey.
This stage includes the thorough analysis of each project in order to draft a status report and a work plan.
STAGE 4 – Pre-incubation (Due Diligence)
The training program is aimed at guiding entrepreneurs through the creation of their project in an organized innovation process which includes the validation of an opportunity, the development of a concept and of IP and R&D strategies, business and commercialization strategies and the right operational plan.
STAGE 5 – Health-Pitch.
During this stage teams will present their projects and the results of the pre-incubation process.
